ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE/FULL PROFESSOR IN EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY
The University of Illinois Urbana Champaign (http://illinois.edu/) and the Department of Kinesiology and Community Health (https://ahs.illinois.edu/kch-home), located in the College of Applied Heath Sciences, are searching for an outstanding candidate with a background in exercise physiology for a nine-month, open rank tenure-track appointment. The successful candidate will possess an outstanding record in exercise physiology and use state-of-the-art technologies to reveal novel insights regarding skeletal muscle responses to exercise, including but not limited to tissue cross-talk (e.g., gut microbiome, extracellular vesicles), hypertrophy, recovery after disuse, healthy aging, and prevention of chronic diseases. The successful candidate is expected to also contribute to both the teach
