The Department of Physiology at the LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the academic rank of Assistant or Associate Professor-Research (non-tenure track). Our department has a long-standing history of innovation in teaching/mentoring and curriculum/program design, with experienced faculty members actively engaged in educational scholarship and leadership across several NIH-funded mentoring programs supporting the next generation of health care providers and biomedical researchers. Successful candidates will have demonstrated ability to teach physiology and pathophysiology to professional students.
