Duties and ResponsibilitiesContribute to the mission of the Liu lab to elucidate the roles of mitochondria in the development of cardiac and muscle diseases.Primary duties will include:90% experimental work to support ongoing and new projects⢠Mitochondrial isolation and biochemical assays⢠Cell culture and transfection⢠Immunoblotting⢠Sectioning, immunohistochemistry, and imaging⢠Developing and optimizing new protocols⢠Data analysis10% general responsibilities⢠Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace⢠Maintaining accurate records⢠Providing as-needed, hands-on support and training to other lab members⢠Fostering a collegial and inclusive workplace environment
